Everything has remained on track which means that your Fingbox order will be shipping very soon.
Please review the shipping timeline estimates we provided in the last update, which details when you can expect to receive your Fingbox.
Verify your Shipping Address is correct
Please take a few minutes to ensure we’ve got the correct shipping address on file. You can also read Indiegogo’s helpful article on updating shipping details.
Your box will be shipped to the address you see on your Indiegogo account so make sure it’s correct. If you have already communicated a country change to our team, this is being handled in a different way and will not be reflected in your Indiegogo account as the platform does not allow for country changes. If you need to change your shipping country, then you must contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
To double check your shipping address is correct:
Multiple orders: If you’ve placed more than 1 Fingbox order, please verify that all addresses are correct.
Add a phone number: Most of our couriers around the world require a phone number, so we strongly recommend that you add a phone number to your shipping details to prevent any delays in case the courier needs to contact you.
